Keep Basketball Recruiting Accounts Organized Before the Season Gets Busy

One player can end up with several recruiting profiles, a film account, an old team page and a link saved in a parent's notes. As the season gets busy, it becomes harder to remember which information is current.
Create a private account inventory. List each service, who manages it, which email receives notifications and when the public profile was last checked. Use a password manager for credentials rather than placing passwords in a shared spreadsheet.
Choose a reliable source for updates
Keep one current document with the details that need to agree across profiles: school, graduation year, contact information and film links. When something changes, use the account inventory to update the relevant pages.
Check sharing settings before sending film. A link that works for the person who uploaded it may still be restricted for someone else. Review notification settings, too, so an actual message does not disappear into an inbox nobody checks.
Organization does not guarantee recruiting interest. It removes avoidable confusion from the process. For Ohio families balancing practices, school and travel, knowing where the information lives can make the next update much easier.
