After spending over 10 years in the healthcare industry as a Registered Nurse and operating several small businesses, Lloyd Wolfe shifted his focus toward coaching, athlete development, and building systems that help young athletes succeed.
Lloyd is the Founder of Wolfe Sports Recruiting, an educational and coaching platform dedicated to helping student-athletes and families navigate the modern college recruiting landscape and the evolving NIL era. For more than a decade, he has coached, mentored, and developed athletes.

After more than 10 years in coaching, business, and marketing, and several years working directly inside the college sports recruiting and NIL space, this platform was built to focus on education and making it easier for athletes to promote themselves.
The goal is to help athletes organize and share their information in a way that college coaches and programs can easily access for free, while also providing clear, practical education for athletes and parents on today’s college sports landscape, recruiting, and NIL.
The platform is supported through recruiting tools, content, donations, and NIL partnerships. All revenue is reinvested into improving the tools and expanding educational resources.
The focus is on creating an open, transparent, and athlete-driven resource that helps players confidently take ownership of their recruiting journey.

For more than a decade, I’ve had the opportunity to coach athletes at every stage of their development, from young players learning the game to confident competitors who play with purpose and belief. Along the way, coaching naturally grew into something more: helping athletes prepare for what comes next.
As the athletes around me began entering the college recruiting and NIL world, I saw how confusing and overwhelming the process can be for both players and families. I also saw how many talented athletes simply needed better guidance, clearer information, and a more organized way to share who they are.
That experience is what led me to create Wolfe Sports Recruiting. The goal is to provide practical education, honest support, and simple tools that help athletes promote themselves and navigate recruiting with clarity and confidence.
