After spending over 10 years in the healthcare industry as a Registered Nurse and operating several small businesses, Lloyd Wolfe shifted his focus toward coaching, athlete development, and building systems that help young athletes succeed.
Lloyd is the Founder of Wolfe Sports Recruiting, an educational and coaching platform dedicated to helping student-athletes and families navigate the modern college recruiting landscape and the evolving NIL era. For more than a decade, he has coached, mentored, and developed athletes.

Our mission is built on experience, passion, and a commitment to helping others succeed. With backgrounds in healthcare, business, marketing, and over a decade of coaching, everything we do is centered around development, organization, and creating better opportunities for athletes.
For 15+ years, we’ve worked in fields focused on helping people from the medical world to building and promoting businesses and combined that with a deep love for sports. Through 10+ years of coaching and working directly with athletes, we saw firsthand how confusing and unorganized the recruiting and exposure process can be. That’s what drove us to create something better. Now that I have 3 kids of my own the amount of in person coaching I have been able to do has gone down dramatically. This became the perfect way to continue to build upon my previous years of work and stay connected with the sports community.
After diving back into the recruiting and promotion game. I am taking everything that we have learned and building a system that improves the player experience at every level. Whether you're just getting started or working toward playing at the next level. Making it easy to work with both individuals and programs all remotely from anywhere.
Here, athletes and families can find clear education, organized player pages, articles, and profiles, all connected through structured highlight playlists on YouTube (IN PROGRESS). Each with its own personalized style and details that benefit the athlete or program.
With over 10 years of HUDL highlight creation experience, we specialize in clipping, organizing, and presenting game film in a way that makes it easy for coaches to evaluate talent quickly and efficiently. Basically, "If you want all your HUDL basketball games clipped with an end of season highlight video and game by game highlight videos for a cheap as it gets we are the spot!"

For more than a decade, I’ve had the opportunity to coach athletes at every stage of their development, from young players learning the game to confident competitors who play with purpose and belief. Along the way, coaching naturally grew into something more: helping athletes prepare for what comes next.
As the athletes around me began entering the college recruiting and NIL world, I saw how confusing and overwhelming the process can be for both players and families. I also saw how many talented athletes simply needed better guidance, clearer information, and a more organized way to share who they are.
That experience is what led me to create Wolfe Sports Recruiting. The goal is to provide practical education, honest support, and simple tools that help athletes promote themselves and navigate recruiting with clarity and confidence.
The recruiting and promotion process does not have to feel uncertain or stressful. It should be fun and part of the process!
