After spending over 10 years in the healthcare industry as a Registered Nurse and operating several small businesses, Lloyd Wolfe shifted his focus toward coaching, athlete development, and building systems that help young athletes succeed.
Lloyd is the Founder of Wolfe Sports Recruiting, an educational and coaching platform dedicated to helping student-athletes and families navigate the modern college recruiting landscape and the evolving NIL era. For more than a decade, he has coached, mentored, and developed athletes.

Our passion and purpose is to build a self-sustaining college sports recruiting platform that serves athletes, families, and programs through promotion, education, and opportunity.
Our website is supported by the sale of sports recruiting tools, donations, content monetization, and our own NIL partnerships. Every dollar generated is reinvested directly back into the mission—supporting NIL athletes within our platform, improving and expanding our digital recruiting tools, and strengthening our writers’ and evaluators’ ability to reach more players and college programs nationwide.
We believe recruiting education should be accessible, transparent, and athlete-driven. By creating sustainable resources and reinvesting in the athletes we promote, we aim to build a long-term ecosystem that empowers players to take ownership of their recruiting journey

For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of coaching athletes of all ages. Going from wide-eyed kids learning the basics to confident competitors who play with heart, purpose, and belief. What started as a love for coaching has grown into a mission: helping athletes reach the next level and become leaders in life.
As the athletes around me developed, we naturally stepped into the world of college recruiting, NIL, and personal brand building. I’ve seen the confusion, the stress, and the uncertainty. I’ve also seen the incredible potential that so many athletes never get the chance to show simply because they don’t have the right guidance.
