Myles Forrester's Playmaking Gives Marysville a Basketball Story Worth Following

A guard can shape a game without leading every scoring column. Myles Forrester's earlier Bunsold work offers a specific example: Lloyd Wolfe's 2024–25 coaching notes record eight points and 10 assists against Dublin Karrer.

That combination matters because an assist points to a shared possession. The finish belongs to a teammate, but the pass helped make it possible. Forrester's playmaking belongs beside his own scoring when looking back at the group that helped build Marysville's younger basketball pipeline.

He also supplied points in important moments. Wolfe's late-season notes credit him with 14 in the 46–41 overtime win over Karrer. The Marysville Journal-Tribune's February 11, 2025 championship report then records 10 points from Forrester in the 40–29 title-game win over Upper Arlington Jones.

Those games describe different demands: creating for teammates, contributing more scoring and helping finish a tournament run. Wolfe's end-of-season account also identified Forrester as a captain and dependable organizer. That is a coaching perspective on the earlier team, with the game records providing the concrete context.

As another season approaches, Forrester's Class of 2029 story is worth following possession by possession. How does the ball move when pressure increases? How are teammates brought into the game? New film will provide the next answers, while the earlier record gives readers a clear reason to keep watching.
