October 31, 2025 — Springfield, OH The Marysville Monarchs saw their 2025 season come to a close on Friday night, falling to the Springfield Wildcats 35–6 in the first round of the Division I playoffs. Despite the final score, the Monarchs fought throughout the night and showcased the toughness, effort, and competitive spirit that carried them into the postseason under their first-year head coach.
With the loss, Marysville finishes the season 5–6, while Springfield advances to face Springboro (7–3) in the next round.
