A Comprehensive Recruiting Plan

Every player in our program who commits to the recruiting process is given a customized, step-by-step plan overseen by Coach Young. This plan includes:

Player evaluations to identify athletic and academic strengths.
Placement guidance for Division I, II, III, NAIA, or JUCO levels.
Target school lists developed around player ability, academics, and preferences.
Film, social media, and communication strategies to maximize exposure.
