Kellan Carter has been proving himself as one of the top freshmen in the OCC while competing in the tough Division 1 Ohio Capital Conference in Central Ohio for Marysville High School. He’s a high-scoring, high-percentage three-point shooter who can stretch the floor and make defenses pay. Carter also stands out as a high-level passer with an advanced feel for the game, consistently showing great court vision and basketball IQ. Wise beyond his years, he plays with poise, confidence, and control that you don’t often see from a freshman.
