2/19/26: Ohio High School Basketball Prospect – Cole Brewer is closing in on the end of an amazing senior season for Marysville High School Basketball.

Cole Brewer is a candidate for Player of the Year in the highly competitive Division I Ohio Capital Conference for Marysville High School. Over the past year, Brewer has been must-watch basketball, averaging roughly 21 points, 7 rebounds, and 7 assists across the last 50+ games we have followed.


Whoever lands him is getting a true difference-maker. Brewer is already highly efficient and still has plenty of room to grow as a three-point shooter, both in volume and percentage. As his game continues to develop, he is starting to look more and more like a young Austin Reaves!.......


He plays with a level of competitiveness and intensity that is rare in today’s game. It is old-school toughness and grind, blended perfectly with modern skill, pace, and athleticism. Marysville runs a true college-style offense, and Brewer is a legitimate fit in virtually any system. At 6'4", with high-level athleticism and an advanced basketball IQ, he can make an impact the game at every level.


Brewer is a three-year starter for Division I Marysville High School and is planning to continuing his career at the next level. More than 70 college programs have communicated with him throughout the recruiting process, and Cole is currently focused on finishing his senior season before making his final decision. He is one of 7 seniors who have played together since they were in 3rd grade, and alongside a talented group of freshmen and sophomores, Brewer has become not only the team’s go-to player, but also a trusted leader and example within the program.


We look forward to watching Brewer close out his senior season as Marysville High School Basketball get ready to makes a tournament run, and to continuing to follow his career at the next level.

Competing in the Division I Central Ohio Ohio Capital Conference (OCC) means facing some of the toughest high school basketball competition in Ohio on a nightly basis. The OCC is known for physical play, strong coaching, and college-level talent across every roster. Performing consistently in this environment requires skill, toughness, and basketball IQ, making production in the OCC a strong indicator of readiness for the next level.
