On Monday, December 16, 2024, the Marysville Bunsold 7th and 8th Grade Boys Basketball Teams hit the road for a tough test against Olentangy Liberty, with both squads facing undefeated opponents. The result? Two statement wins that once again proved why this Marysville program is one of the strongest in Central Ohio.
From start to finish, both teams played with intensity, composure, and unity—executing on both ends of the floor and controlling the pace of each game. The Monarchs’ defensive pressure, smart ball movement, and balanced scoring were on full display as they earned two impressive road victories.
The wins showcased not only individual talent but also the collective teamwork and chemistry that have become the identity of this Marysville group. The 7th and 8th graders continue to push each other to higher levels of play, and it’s paying off with every performance.
Next up, the Monarchs will travel to Worthington Kilbourne tomorrow night for another key matchup, with tipoff set for 5:30 PM.
