Marysville Bunsold Baseball Final Season Update

The Marysville Bunsold 8th Grade Baseball Team wrapped up their season with a thrilling league championship matchup against Dublin Grizzell, falling just short in a 6–5 heartbreaker. Despite the tough loss, the Monarchs left everything on the field — showing incredible grit, growth, and togetherness from the first pitch to the final out.
Throughout the season, the team developed into one of the most competitive and cohesive groups in Central Ohio. Opposing coaches and community members took notice, commending the boys for how much they’ve improved and how well they represent Marysville baseball.
Coach Lloyd expressed immense pride in the team’s effort and character, emphasizing that this group has a bright future ahead as they move on to high school ball.
“These guys showed up every day, worked hard, and supported one another no matter what. Their togetherness, thankfulness, and daily effort are what truly define this team,” said Coach Lloyd.
