Dallas Goins brings Summit Country Day experience from a deep tournament run into his senior winter. OHSAA's March 2026 state preview identified him as one of the juniors contributing to the Silver Knights' postseason surge.
The season behind the outlook
A guard returning from that setting has already been part of possessions with real consequences. That does not predetermine his next role, but it gives the new season a concrete point of interest. Summit returns several familiar names, including Max Joiner and Dawsen Tucker, while moving on from senior contributors. The challenge is turning that returning experience into a group with its own reliable rhythm.
The value of a returning guard is often visible in whether teammates know where the next decision is coming from. Goins has already been part of Summit's tournament group. His senior opportunity includes helping the next rotation turn that shared experience into clear outlets and purposeful movement through ordinary possessions.
