Good luck to the Crestview (Ashland) Cougars, their coaches, and every player as they prepare for the 2026–2027 boys basketball season.
Team Details
Division: 6
School colors: Red and black — OHSAA nickname/colors directory; ☐ reconfirm the current palette with school.
Conference: Firelands Conference.
Head coach: Ben McClay — 2025–26 history and the May 18, 2026 school board agenda identify him for boys varsity basketball. The agenda recommends a 2026–27 contract; ☐ verify final approval. Public staff lists Dave Pellerite, Shawn Spencer and McClay as head coaches, so those archive labels are not treated as three current head coaches.
