Anthony Smith Gives Indian Hill a Proven Returning Scoring Piece
Updated: 15 hours ago
Indian Hill • Class of 2027 • Cincinnati-area boys basketball • 2026–27
Indian Hill's next season includes a returning player with a completed scoring record in Anthony Smith. The senior-to-be earned second-team All-CHL recognition and district honorable mention during 2025–26.
A Cincinnati basketball story to follow
The official CHL player ledger credits Smith with 10.2 points and 3.3 rebounds over 21 games. It also preserves a specific example of his scoring ceiling: 31 points in a December 6 win over Expressions Huntington Prep. A single game is not the whole evaluation, but it adds detail to a season that already earned recognition from league coaches.
The December scoring performance and his rebounding work are useful together because they show that his recorded contribution did not fit into only one column. The next season will require consistency across different opponents. Smith's senior opportunity is to help Indian Hill turn that proven production into repeatable team possessions.

Wolfe Sports outlook
Indian Hill's senior departures create a different next-season context for its returning group. Watch how Smith's opportunities connect with teammates such as Jack Nolan and Devlan Daniel. Can the offense create another quality action when the first scoring chance is crowded? Smith has already shown varsity production; his senior winter can make that contribution more dependable across the schedule.
